I was not having PUC card with me

I was stopped by two traffic police standing at trikom baug Rajkot and then first they asked for licence that I have with me then they ask me for PUC.
PUC center was just 500meter far from the location I tell them that I am going for PUC card still they ask for 50rs bribe or pay 100rs challan with for not having PUC. aftet long arguments finnaly I have to pay 50rs bribe.
