I was going to NDLS railway station and didn`t know about the left turn is not free on outer circle in CP, policemen stopped me & asked me to pay a fine of Rs. 500. I told them that i was unaware of the rule here, the they said me to pay only 100 and leave. I did so, n left the scene as I was in hurry...
