I lost my driving license and my wife had lost her phone sim card.
i submitted the written complaint in police station and then policeman who stamped my complaint, asked that an affidavit is must to be attached with complaint. He took Rs 200 each for 2 complaint. I was not aware of the process. I though this is must and i should pay. Later when i searched the net, i did not see such process. Felt cheated by my own police.
