I have paid a bribe to get my motor bike re registered with TN , for that vehicle inspector's PA
Mr Mohan has asked me bribe twice. Once while inspecting the vehicle ( Rs 200) and later when they are supposed to issue clearance certificate ( Rs 500). This should be stopped.
