Moving a car from another state
I wanted to pay road tax for moving a car to Andhra Pradesh from another state. It turns out that while it is really hard to get a tax refund it is equally hard to pay money to the government.
Finally, I paid a bribe to pay money to the government. This was the most surreal experience of my life and made me think that our system of governance was designed by a mad man.
