Opening a school

Opened school for benefiting my village kids. The BEO( his name is maheswara swamy) telling me that, irrespective of I am doing it for good cuase or not, he wanted to money. I tried not give, but he made sure that, I will come again and again. Ultimately I paid, what ever he wanted and completed my work done.
