I was very excited about turning 18 and the first thing i wanted to do was to get myself a learner's license. i was told that its a very simple deal- all you have to do is go to the RTO ,choose among the many 'agents' sitting outside the office. pay them a handsome sum of Rs. 500 and get the job done in a matter of days. the only other option against this is to stand is a long queue, wait along with the people who have already bribed hence get a chance faster and keep coming back to the RTO office. i surrendered to my impatience and bribed the officials and got the job done.
