I went to An Agent who actually deals with license applications ... He is one of my father's friend... He took Rs 300 extra than license fees and got a license for me which includes four wheel driving license .. At that time I even don't know how to hold steering of four wheeler.. of course not perfect of two wheeler as well.
I never visited to Motor Vehicle Department office.. all i did is went to My uncle's home and submitted two photographs, paid money and signed on the applications..
