Paid bribe to get study and character certificate from the govt school

I have seen so many movies about bribe but i couldn't believe until i get personally experience. When i been to my primary school after 8 years the things were very strange to me. I went there to get study and character certificate to my higher studies. So i asked head mam about it. She behaved like BP patients and she asked me to pay bribe to get my own certificates.
