I was driving to my work along with my driver, when I reached JNTU cross roads a guy (who had done some real estate related work for me for which I have paid more than I have agreed) stopped my car and threatened me . This happened on September 6th, 2011 morning. Same day I went to Kukatpalli police station (which was only 100 yards away from where this incident occured) and reported the case and filled FIR. I gave this report to MR.Lingayya, who was inspector on duty at that time. He immediately called that guy and asked him to ********** him. He suggested me to come back next day evening. We went there next day evening and waited several hours and Mr.Lingayya didnt say much to us. Then a friend of mine suggested me to give some money. I have paid Rs. 5,000. Mr.Lingayya told me that he will initiate action. For the next several days we were keep going to Police station. He suggested us ********** CI ( his last name is MR.**********). We met CI in the presence of Mr.LIngayya. I didnt get much response from CI. THe following day he had called us again and asked us to ********** the opponent guy and suggested us settle the issue out side of police station. That is fine. But when we asked Mr.Lingayya to give a copy of FIR, he had refused to give. I am tired of going around and gave up the issue. Till date the guy whom we gave report calls me once in a while and keep asking me for money. HE doesnt want to ********** us unless we assure him of giving money. He is continue to threaten me through phone.
