Paid bribe to traffic police riding on bike as they caught me talking on phone and not wearing seatbelt, as they always try to show that it is a big problem,and we try just to avoid wasting time with those stupids paid money
even if i had not paid bribe and paid full fine ,that money wud have been eaten by hungry politicians
