Paid a Bribe for Verification of Passport

The person got a message for verification of his passport on 6th Sep 2014. He had taken all the relevant documents for the verification. But the police asked him bribe. Automatically the tone of the person who was checking changed and he said "if he don't sign, then you won't get your passport.
