Paid to corrupt officials

Because IGI Airport doesn't allow the taxi to go to international terminal, my taxi wasn't allowed to go, so I didn't have a mean of going to the terminal with so much luggage. The official told me that I should take a local car, which they use as a scam to charge a lots of money from out of country visitors. The terminal was hardly 5 mins drive, but they charge me twice the money to cross the entire city. God Bless corruption in India.
