Paid pribe for new land line connection and broad band

I had been trying to get a land line connection for taking BSNL Broadband connection at my residence for around 2 months when i was approached by the JE concerned who asked me for facilitation fees of 1000 for land line connection. Since i was really harassed since last 2 months, i decided to give in and the conection was installed the very next day.
Then i moved my file for new Broad band connection and again was just moving from one desk to another for next 1 month, when the very same JE again asked for 1500 for installation and when i agreed it was installed the very next day..
I was horrified to see that even in the days of sales figure going down the officials at BSNL have not given up their behaviors
