Passport was not verified

I applied for passport but police dept. never cleared it inspite of providing all the documents, i was forced to pay Rs. 200/ to get it cleared. Govt should bring law where common men can stand and raise voice against such incidents. A seperate body with sweeping powers and strict laws with ********** punishments are call of the day to save hard earned money of the common man.
