Peon as middleman in the DTO office hoshiarpur

The peon if I can remember took 500 rupees from me to get my genuine license verified. I was having my flight on 18 of that month . So had no choice but to pay.all the clerical staff in that office are bunch of crookes.the said peon works for them as a middleman.his name if I can remember was. *****
