My two wheeler had been lifted for parking in non-parking area at XXXXX when I went to collect my bike from XXXX at XXXX they asked me driving license, RC and then PUC. I had all the documents except the PUC. I told him the fact he ask me to pay Rs.500 extra for not having PUC. When I argue that PUC is not a license and he does not have authority to ask the same then he told me that he even can ask for license for which I have to pay Rs.2200 as penalty. I left the premises without taking the vehicle share story with my friend then he collected the vehicle afterwords but without chalan and paying Rs.450 as bribe.
