Regarding issue of Driving License

I hail from Hyderabad and working with a central government enterprises in goa. so i dont have any local address proof but i have all adequate documents and notary to get license as per rules. Eventhough Margao Asst. Dir. Transport demanded Rs.1000/- bribe for issueing Driving License and I was forced to pay.
