Sub:Complaint of theft and house trespass Committed by ACP.Ngarajaa Reddy C.I Srivinas S.I Saidulu two constables of sanathnagar police station along with local leaders one rice mill owner and Venkat under criminal conspiracy and blaming my employee a prostitute.

I respectfully submit that I am running rice shop under the name and style Sri Shanti Enterprises the license is granted by the Govt of Andhra pradesh. I am running the business since last 8 months in mulgi no 8-4-522/3 situated at Erragadda, Hyderabad and selling rice.
While such is the position one person approached my shop in the month on November last week at that time I was sitting in the shop. He gave me the phone number of one Mr. Venkat and said he was rice supplier in the market. I have called Venkat in January month to know prices of the rice after that Venkat used to call me regularly and he sent me samples of rice and I placed order for the first time in the month of January 2013 for supply of 40 quintals of Sataka Rice and after delivery of the rice bags I paid him all the bill amount in the same day evening. Later, I placed second order of the new rice quantity of 60 quintals of rice I paid him the bill amount on same day evening at Secundrabad .
On 16.2.2013 Saturday Mr .Venkat sent one of his friend for delivery of rice bags as I placed the order by me he delivered rice bags in my shop and after that Venkat called me when to collect the payment as I told him that I will pay the same on Monday morning as today it’s not possible with me then he said ok sir I will collect on Monday.
On the same night Venkat called me around 8.30 pm that he wants the number of Swarna Latha and he said he can’t wait for payment up to Monday morning he like to take away his rice bags I told him that morning you said its ok but suddenly what happened now it’s raining how can I ask my lady employee to go to shop now and give you rice bags then he told me that he will take a car and pick up the employee from home and drop back at home. I said in rain how you can load the rice bags and when rain will stop its not sure and my shop was open upto 6 pm on that time if you’re not interested u might have taken back but now I am helpless please take the payment on Monday morning while talking he disconnected the phone and I also not called him back again.
The next day I spoken to Swarna Latha that what happened on Saturday morning Venkat told me that he will take his payment on Monday but suddenly on night he called me that to send you to shop and he want to take his rice bags back.
She told me about Venkat’s friend misbehavior with me and he asking my phone number and address when I denied to give he tried to pull phone from my hand after that I spoken to him loudly he ran away so this may be the reason Venkat might be afraid and he also use to asked me my phone number and address before but I have not told you. After listening whole story from Swarna Latha my mind also changed that Venkat was not a good man and from next time we should not keep any dealing with him more after this deal finished.
And I got some suspicion on Venkat I went to my shop on Sunday 17.2.204 whether he might did any misbehavior there, I shocked to see Venkat near my shop sitting at 8.30 pm I talked to him why you are hear he told me that he came to visit his friend I told him it’s ok morning at 11.00am you come and take your payment and from next time please don’t visit my shop again. He told me it’s ok sir but I know that nobody his friend will be near to my shop I went to hotel near my shop and after 2 hours I came back to weather Venkat went away or planning to do something wrong but when I came back I see one van and Venkat sitting near my shop and I thought that Venkat may do burglary in my shop tonight I went to sanathnagar police station and I meet CI mr.Srinivas Rao and told him that I need to give the payment to mr.Venkat and I told him to I will pay you on Monday but on Saturday night he changed his version now he sitting near my shop with one van I am worried that he may loot my shop tonight and may take away all the rice from my shop. And I do have full of stock of rice. please take some action he sent SI mr.Saidulu to the spot and he talked to me and said don’t worry we will take care but later Venkat take him away and talked to him after that mr. Saidulu language words have been changed and he started threaten me to pay money right now when I told him it’s not possible now I will pay him tomorrow he make me to sit over there up to midnight 1.00am after my several requests and phone calls came from my home he left me to go and given warning that if I fail to give him payment by tomorrow morning he will book false cases against me and he taken my address proof and id proof’s. And he asked me to pay 15000/- more because they have involved in this settlement.
On Monday from early morning from 6.30 I start receiving phone from Venkat and police station continuously and they giving me life threatens of life and they sent a person to my home and he also given me life threatens and I got a fear from this people and I told this to my family and friend’s my friend’s advised to not to go near shop now and approach to lawyer.
On Monday night we approached to a lawyer he suggested me to file a writ petition on them in high court and give a complaint to higher officials on next day we failed a writ petition and given complaint to commissioner of police Hyderabad.
After this also I have not got any relief continuously this people calling me and introduce themselves as local leaders and sometimes they say we are rowdy shutters from this my mental tension was increased and I got in depression and I am not able to take any decision how to solve this problem. I have sent few times my lawyer to police station to talk and settle this issue with CI mr.srinvias rao on that time he was not available.
On 17.2.2013 I received a call from my shop owner that Venkat and one rice mill owner have broken my shop side door and taking away rice bags and on same time I called to sanathnagar police station CI mr.srinivas rao and told him that my shop was broken up doors by Venkat and rice mill owner he told me that my shop will not fall in his zone. And again when I called him he disconnected my phone and I become helpless that what I can do if police its self not making justice.
After this I went to commissioner of police cyberbad that Venkat and his associates are treating me about finance issue and police also interfering in this and I received a phone from my shop owner that my shop was broken up by said Venkat and his associates so I want to go and see really what happened. Commissioner directed to ACP.Balanagar mr.naagi reddy to enquiry about this issue that burglary was happened or not and why police is interfering in civil matter.
When I went to ACP office he start scolding me that why I went to commissioner about this issue I will call mr. srinivas rao and make you to settle this matter come again after 15 mints with the behavior and language used by ACP I thought it’s better to approach high officials and in depression I went to DCP office and narrated the whole story on that time Addl DCP west zone was there he told me to take two constables from that area he given me the number go to that place call them they will be with you and give me feed back again. I went and called to constables they came and visited the shop on that time my shop owner mother told me that Venkat came with one rice mill owner and police they have broken up the side door and taken away all the goods from the shop. After this the constables given this feed back to Addl DCP of west zone and told them that this area was not fall in their zone and ask me to go Balanagar DCP office.
Then next day I went to commissioner of police cyberbad again to tell them that Venkat, one rice mill owner along with the help of police people only broken up the doors of my shop. On this day commissioner of police was not available so the admission persons ask everybody to meet admin DCP so I went and told them all this issue to admin DCP he ask me to write a complaint and go and meet Balanagar DCP and the next day I written the complaint and meet to Balanagar DCP and he given this enquiry to ACP Balanagar mr .Naagi reddy on this day I reached to ACP office at 12.30 noon and ACP came around 5.30 in evening to office ACP came with me with higher angry with me and scolding me that why I am going to high officials when I told you that I will settle this matter why I am moving to high officials regarding this matter . He threatens me that he need to book cases against me so that in future I will not go against police. I don’t know what the power police have is.
After reaching the spot he went in around shops and talked little with them and went in home of my shop owner mother he talked with her and asked me to open the shop and I open the shop all the goods are missing he called photographer and taken one snap of my photo along with shop owner mother after getting back from her home my shop owner mother language and words are very changed and she told me that I have did some wrong things. Swarna Latha my employee of the shop was my kept I have married her I was shocked to hear this words from her. In last 8 months she was very respectful to us before one day when I went along with other police people she told very truth that what happened on that day but today she was very changed I know that ACP have make her to say like this. And he told me that my shop rice bags were taken in a van and 3 autos.
After this ACP asked me to get in vehicle and take me to santhnagar police station and told me to write settlement letter and say in a video recording that what I given complaint is false against the Venkat and police people otherwise he will pick up now Swarna Latha and he will take naked pictures of her and published in all news paper and he will make telecast in all news channels. And he will spoil my married life putting false allegations with Swarna Latha. she was a prostate and he was a police man can book any one in any case as he likes and told me that what high court writ or something can stop police people we can do as our wish. So on that time I forced to do what he says, so I have done. I force to accept in video recording and I force to write a letter as he said.
Next day I went to DGP law and order with written complaint what has happened with me DPG Law and Order told me this matter I will refer to commissioner of police and make me justice as I came out from DGP office I received a call from ACP saying that nothing will happen you come to me and face consequences and said complaint was still pending. And after waiting for the long time still no action was taken against Venkat his anti-socials people and this police officers as he said.
In the above stated facts and circumstances I pray to the Hon’ble D.G.P to order for enquiry and investigation in the above matter from higher level from C.B CID Office and take cognizance of the complaint and take action against the persons who have taken law and order in their hands, and punish them as per law and take action against Venkat and his anti-socials gang who out –raged the modesty of my employee Smt. Swarna Latha and illegally entered in my shop and break open doors of my shop and made theft and robbery of 550 rice bags and theft my documents from my shop and the same to be recovered from Venkat and his ant- social gang, in the interest of justice.
