For some reason I have not received my drivers licese from the moter vehicle department.

I had appeared for my driving license in July 2011. I had cleared all the tests. After the clearling all the tests officials informed me that I will get my license via Post. Its more than 8 Months and I had made atleast 100 enquires in the transport department. they informed me that if I pay the bribe 3500/- I will get me passport in 1 day. Because of the negligence of the officials my license number was not enterend in the posted license list. Finally I paid 3500 rupes and to my surprise they guy who took the money called me whith in an Hour and handovered my license.
