A traffic police officer rounded me up for entering a no-2 wheeler zone. I asked what is the fine and he said if you to go the legal way the fine is Rs. 200 to be paid in a court and license would be given at his police station ( which was nearby the place of offense). I could not afford the trips so I had to give in to his demand for bribe.Now I am not sure whether that was really the process.
