I had my cell phone on and i was driving..the traffic police stopped me at vrindavan restaurant U turn near gachibowli chaurasta (going toward tolichowki). Told me i have to pay 500 rs fine for talking on phone while driving. By the way i was just taking u turn and not driving rash or anything..I was prepared to pay the fine, gave him driving licence and registration. after checjing all the paperwork in order he said 500 rs fine hota hai 100rs de do ....i was driving small kids with another kids on phone crying waiting for me..just wanted to get out of the situation..paid it...regret doing it..next time i will stick around even with wailing kids in car. pay the proper amount to government which i am sure is less than 100 rs...
