In a traffic jam.. my two wheeler rear wheel bursted.. iam trying to pullout vehicle from the traffic.. all of a sudden .. i observerd a constable walking to me.. I thought he is gonna help me... He observed me for a while.. after i came out of traffic.. He asked for docs.. i showed him everything.. he asked for a pollution test doc. which i dont have.. My vehicle is 2 year old.. finally i paid 100 rs
