I was with my two friends, tripple seat on a bike, two of them are drunk but not heavily. We caught by two traffic police officers night at 1:30 am. We have no idea of fine and penalties. Police officers made us afraid of police custody as penalty and told us exaggerated charges. And then made us to pay bribe
