Our NGO has opened a Hotel Mgmt & Tourism Institute in Bhubaneswar. which is affiliated to Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar. Though this university is affiliating many similar colleges without any infrastructure, teaching capacity etc. The university official forced us to give bribe of Rs.140000. Though we have purchased many instrument and books regarding this and we have to get affiliated of this university. we ultimately give bribe to Rs.100000. Though Utkal university of culture has appoint some other people they want to make money by this.It was very painfull moment for us.
