You haven’t mentioned details of various authorities in the university whose doors you have knocked to get your dues. You can do the following to get your arrear salary:-

You can approach Registrar / Director / Vice Chancellor of the university.

You can write to Director, Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra who approved your extension of service.

You can petition Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra, if 1 & 2 fail to elicit any response.

You can approach State Commission for Women and complain of gender bias and harassment by authorities responsible for payment of your arrear salary.

You can approach the Court of Law which should be the last resort as court cases in our country are always long-drawn.

48cr scholarship scam exposed in Wardha Balwant Dhage, TNN Aug 18, 2011, 05.17am IST WARDHA: One student admitted to several colleges to rip off scholarship money. An abnormally high number of technical colleges sanctioned in just one district. Not a single general category student in 107 colleges. A huge drop in the number of students just after a safeguard is put in place. These are just some of the explosive findings that have come forward in a recent government inquiry into complaints of corruption and misappropriation of government scholarship funds meant for SC/ST students at Wardha. The inquiry was conducted by assistant director of finance and accounts of the divisional social welfare office, Amravati, Digambar Nemade. The amount of misappropriated funds is estimated to be at least Rs48 crore. Shockingly, chief minister Prithviraj Chavan sidestepped the issue even after Shiv Sena MLA Abhijit Adsul raised it in the assembly in the recent session of the state legislature. We are Students of Koustuv Institute Of Technology, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. As per our University the course fees approved is of Rs.46,000 for B.Tech program. But our college management is taking Rs.73,000 from us. Kindly help us sir how to stop this and help ourselves from this. Sir, I applied for a duplicate copy of my 10+2 marksheet in Bhar secondary examination board(S.S) in the month of last week of july 2011. Now my application is pending on the ground that my name and my father's name is to be corrected for which I should pay the office babu a hefty amount(Bribe). It is to be noted sir that earlier I have received my Original certificate, my marksheet, and admit card where there is no mistake in either name. The Babus are not moving my application for further processing. What should i do now?
