You haven’t mentioned details of various authorities in the university whose doors you have knocked to get your dues. You can do the following to get your arrear salary:-

You can approach Registrar / Director / Vice Chancellor of the university.

You can write to Director, Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra who approved your extension of service.

You can petition Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra, if 1 & 2 fail to elicit any response.

You can approach State Commission for Women and complain of gender bias and harassment by authorities responsible for payment of your arrear salary.

You can approach the Court of Law which should be the last resort as court cases in our country are always long-drawn.
