Dear sir, my native is Haryana,but since 1991 i am living in Vadodara Gujarat.sir i have not ration card .my name has been deleted from my family ration card in Haryana district Yamunanagar.it happened when in Haryana ration card department started making of ration card with photo ID.and because of my absence there that time my name has been deleted.now ration card department refused to add my name again in my family ration card and also refused to give NOC.they said to bring my family old ration card for proof which my father not have.sir i want to make my ration card in Vadodara Gujarat.for that what i have to do.thanking you.
