Dear sir,
Now I am living with my wife at out of village as temporary due to her Para military job, but my mother is living at village. There is great issue the Ration card has issued in my name and my mother 's name not mentioned In this card sine before by related authority. We have not any other ration card .Now I want to make new ration card in my mother's name .What will be process for this
