Honest officer
I did not remember the exact date and time. Only I am sure about the year 2003. It was about the irrigation project of TMC Tamasa Main Canal renovation and extension of minor and sub minor canals in Penta area, this area is famous for Naxal maouist. At that time Mr. R.K. Setthy designated as the SDO under the Executive engeneeir Mr. Chand Khan, of those areas passed my payment bill after the measurements and checking without any hesitations, any bribery demands as his job to be finished. And later he was designated as the Executive Engineer.
