Nice Experience
My dad and myself went to the Water supply & Sewerage dept to change the ownership. We met a very nice person who has an old computer and old desk but very enthusiastic. He informed us the procedure and asked the required docs. Once we submitted, took few minutes while scrambling with the "software", figured it out after few minutes and changed the ownership. All through the conversation he was very engaging and didnt seem to be expecting anything. After coming out of office we were really surprised that things happened without a fuss and a bribe.
Similarly we changed the electrical connection and Registration of the apartment without any fuss or a bribe. It was all happened in chennai. Not sure if I were be treated like this but it gave me a nice feeling.
