I wasn't asked for bribe at all

I had to add my daughter's name in my ration card at Sangamner Dist. Ahmednagar (Maharashtra). It was heard that those people do nothing any task without taking bribe; but my experience was not so. When I approached for adding name, they asked to fill a form and attach required document and submit the same. Within a week, I got it added without paying a single rupee extra.
