There was an outside agent....A Maharashtrian....who took the money...said he was picked up by police so he could not get my Ration card which was confiscated and also did not return my money. He also retried to get the ration card from the Bandra Office. In the end he cheated me. I lost Rs 5000.00
He is a big cheat.
