I got married and wanted to register my marriage. I went to the registration office (which happens to be coimbatore collector office complex). The registrar lady signed my marriage registration only after getting the bribe. She was full of ego and it was horrible to see a lady act rude. Inspite of getting the bribe we had to plead her to sign. Finally she signed as if she was doing charity.
