My husband was supposed to fly to European country for official purpose and I being his dependent required to carry a triple legalized (state level, National and Internation) marriage certificate as per that country's law.
Since our marriage certificate was issued in (UP) hence for state level legalization we were asked to go to Lucknow- Mantralaya office. First we were asked to pay 1700 and ensured fast addressal to our request. Later after 2-3 days received a call and were asked that if we need the required document without any hassel then need to pay again since this new person had the actual authority and not the earlier one.
Hence we had to shell out 1700 +3000 for no reasons which actually should be done without any extra cost.
