I require Ration card to apply for LPG connection. i was staying in ********** nagar, near KRPuram.

The assistant in Registration office gave an application in Kannada which i couldnt understand as i am not from karnataka. He didn't gave any support in filling the form, instead he told me contact a person who is staying outside of the office. The outside person collected 50Rs to fill the form. After filling the application, the assistant collected 600Rs to send it for further process. He told, that amount will be distributed across the officers.
