I went to registrar office to get my marriage certificate. We reached the office. When we enquired the person incharge he verified our address and said that the location does not fall in their radius and we need to check a different registrar office.
My uncle then persuaded them and had to bribe them with Rs 1000 after which we were able to get our marriage certificate registered by showing all the documents with proof.
