I wanted to register my marriage in Noida, I had every legal document but still to walk through the process I had to pay Rs. 2000 so that office work can be completed. This money is just to get the certificate stamped, Govt Dept will not give any certificate bring your own certificate and they will stamp it and keep a copy of it in their own records. Must be stealing money in the name of certificate paper and printing cost etc as well.
