I have paid a bribe of 900 because i was unaware of the process when i went to office none of the govt official was ready to inform me how to get the marriage certificate... one person met me he said he will help me to get the marriage certificate and fees is 1000 which i was not aware of it so finally end with paying the bribe of 900
