my brother and i seperated, we applied for seperate ( VIBHAKTH RATION CARD ) ration card.not only we have to bribe them but the time taken by them is very frustrating.the office timings are 11 am but they come at 1 pm . i did the affidavit as per their and submitted all the documents and i was asked to come after 2 months. in between i kept in touch with them and when i went after 2 months and asked about the ration card the officer started laughing and showed me the people in queue and said there are people waiting for ration card for more than 1,2,3 years and said expenses for the same would be around 1200/- plus addional karcha paani.
not only the corruption or bribe taken by them but the time consumed in the whole process is really frustrating and takes toll on our health.
