Bribe to change name in Ration Card

• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Adding Name to Ration Card

Officer responsible for name change in my ration card is not ready to do his job. They keep few assisstants not appointed by the government sitting outside the office charging us some money to get the job done. (Rs.200), A part of it goes to the officer sitting inside doing nothing.
