Myself is a graduate,once i went to the pwd office Cauvery Nervari Nigam ,Basarlu Village,Mandya District with some work ,The Junior Engineer Mr Manjunath P N asking a bribe without hesitations and he ordering them with pressure and misbehave with that women .
