HP gas and Indane gas suppliers in Sanjayanagar both corrupt!

On 6-09-2014 I went to both HP gas and Indane gas centres in sanjayanagar, but both insisted on me buying unnecessary extras before they would give a new gas connection.I refused but then they declined to give gas connection.
