I applied for revolver license and to garnt license they asked for Rs.50,000 bribe

I applied for revolver license and to grant me license in City police commissioners office the case worker asked me to take the bribe package of Rs.50,000 to get the license. i didn't pay the bribe they rejected my application.
now i am pursuing the appeal before the high court.
