I refused paying bribe for PCC, now it is stuck
I have been demanded bribe by Vinay Yadav of kavi nagar thana followed by local investigating officer for my PCC certificate which is urgently required for my PR application. I have tried to meet RPO by scheduling appointment , ie, MR Subrata Hazara. He refused to meet me after knowing it is a bribe case. I have lodged grievance, tweeted to DM, Ministry of External Affairs and PM portal, all in vain. What should i Do?
