Lost mobile
While issuing me the report the constable was asking for cha-pani. It seemed he was beginner since he was not much eager for bribe. But his other partner kept insisting me that i should help him in some cha-pani.
I was willing to loose the number rather then pay a bribe hence did not say anything( as well did not know how to react..never encountered anything before).
In the end gave the notice. I still a more corrupt guy would have kept insisting for cha-pani.
