NO NEED TO PAY BRIBE
I had applied for khata transfer at the Malleswaram 16th cross office for an apartment in the Brigade Gateway apartments. Since i enclosed all the relevant documenst namely sale deed certified copy, latest tax paid receipt, application form and the ec with the relevant government fees the same took about 15-17 days and i did not have to pay any bribe though the class 3 or 4 officials demanded i refused to pay and the khata got done.
