For no Reason. Really.
One Mr. B V Revanna, probably posted on Old Madras Road, near the BSNL office, for reasons unknown to me, stopped me, took down my DL No., and told me that I'll be receiving a Notice for a FINE of Rs.400/-, I was asked to simply leave then... what am I to understand from this? Really, please tell me.
