Respected Sir , please help us . I am Sandeep Tiwari , I work in Medical Health and Family Welfare department in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh . Here in our department income tax is deducted every month from our salary but it not deposited to Income Tax department by clerks and account officer of our department . Our department clerks and account officer intentionally donot deposit total annual tax deducted from our salary annually to Income Tax department so that we get penalty from Income Tax department for not depositing correct income tax and then either we pay penalty to Income Tax department or give bribe to our department clerks and account officer for depositing total annual tax deducted from our annual salary . Wrong feeding is done intentionally by department clerks and account officer on our 26 A.S. so that we are not able to file correct income tax return on time and as a result of it we get penalty from Income Tax department for wrong filing of income rax return and late filing of income tax return . In this situation either we pay penalty to Income Tax department or give bribe to our department clerks and account officer for correcting our 26 A.S. form . Wrong form 16 is issued to us intentionally by our department clerks and account officer so that we are not able to file our income tax return correctly on time and we get penalty from Income Tax department . In this situation also either we pay penalty to Income Tax department or we pay bribe to our department clerks and account officer for issuing us correct form 16 before last date of filling income tax return . All staff working in Medical Health and Family Welfare department in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh are bearing this torture and harassment from our department clerks and account officer since years . Our seniors have taken no interest in solving this problem of intentionally done torture and harassment to us by our department clerks and account officer for the sake of demanding bribe from us . Instead of helping us for this issue our seniors punish us by stoping our salary so that no one else dares to complain about this issue in future . Sir is this the cost of paying correct income tax honestly to the nation . There are thousand of people in India who donot pay income tax and are living tension free . We are facing so much torture and harassment inspite of paying correct income tax honestly . Sir I will get punished by our seniors when they will come to know that I have complained about this big problem to you but we have no choice left . I request you to please help us on the above issue . We all will be highly highly thankful to you Sir .
