Postman didn't hand over the parcel
The postman came home and did not hand over the packet as for the person (Kusum Bansal) for whom it was sent was not at home. Her daughter asked him to hand it over to her as her father had already paid him hundred rupees for his passport. She can't pay the same amount again for her mother's passport. He in response said your father has given money for his passport not every passport. He wasn't ready to hand over the passport. He said if she ll not come within two days I ll return the packet
